OUR SERVICES SUPPORT

Services provided support the customer’s individual requirements and include, but are not limited to the following equipment: Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) Precision Cooling Systems DC Power Systems Battery Systems Power Distribution Systems Generation Systems Fire Detection and Suppression Systems Environmental Management and Monitoring Systems Racks and enclosure systems.

REACTIVE MANAGED SERVICES (SLA'S)

Offering a level of cover, determined by a customer needs agreed service level agreement (SLA), Electrical Backup Services offer reactive cover for specific nominated devices. In the event of failure of one or more of these devices, EBS will respond within agreed time periods documented in your SLA to rectify the issue.

This response may include the provision of spare parts, and if required, swapping the failed equipment with the same or equivalent equipment. This service level does not include any onsite preventative maintenance.

PROACTIVE MANAGED SERVICES (Maintenance Agreements)

Offering a more comprehensive level of cover this service level combines an agreed regular preventative maintenance programme with a reactive response agreement on nominated equipment. The preventative maintenance program, managed by qualified technicians, aims to minimize any incidence of costly interruption to service by providing regular and specified maintenance ensuring equipment is in optimum condition and that there are no errors or failing componentry.

In the event of an unforeseen issue this service level includes the reactive response, under the predetermined SLA, to rectify the issue including the provision of spare parts, and if required, swapping the failed equipment with the same or equivalent equipment.
